Problem with charging new Eufy RoboVac 11 right out of the box

Hi,

I just bought a RoboVac 11 and when I tried charging it using its dock station for the first time before even trying, it starts showing a flashing blue light of charging and then after a second it starts indicating a solid red light and beeping 4 beeps for five sessions and then it stays with the solid red light indicator. I don’t know what is going on, please help!!!

Make sure its docked and sitting on the charger fully. When I got mine and went to charge it, I had it slightly off one of the charging contacts and it made similar sound beeping at me

But it does that even when I connect it directly to its charger (without the dock station).

Something to consider is to put the charger on a even surface. I had mine in carpet and it was a little tricky to had it make got contact. I recommend the fist time you charge to try a even surface, the you can put it in the carpet since it will dock it self automatically.

Thanks I will try that. I think it has some kind of charging issue because after 8 hours of charging with a direct connection it didn’t respond, when unplugged, to the power button on the RoboVac.

Yes indeed, you might contact the support.
But please consider weekend, so it might take a little time to get an answer.

The only thing I can suggest is to try a reset by removing the batteries a few minutes and reassemble after.
This way you can check if the battery is connected well.
