j’ai acheté le pack eufycam.il y a un problème sur une des caméras. Je n entent pas le son.il faut parler à proximité pour entendre. A l’enregistrement le son ne fonctionne pas .Est ce que je dois renvoyer la caméra? Merci de votre aide

To address your concern, by default, the speaker is turned off during live streaming. You can turn the speaker on via the toolbar. Once enabled, you can hear the sound from eufyCam’s side.
