Probleem outdoor cam 2k

Hello
2 weeks old and my outdoor camera 2k gives a foggy image in the ir position.
The 2 other mode work fine.
What can be the case?

Hmm that’s strange. I’d personally wipe the main lens and also where the IR bulb is just to make sure it’s not dirty or anything. If that doesn’t work then contact support and explain your issue
