don’t worry, no matter what it is I will be excited.
On second thought, what I’m really waiting for is Flare+ with USB-C… hard to imagine they’ll still be releasing audio products with micro input in August.

I own the PRO + only.
And I think it does’nt make much sense to compare it with my old A3143.
I think I will compare it with my B*SE soundcore mini.
These speakers are playing in the same league.
Charging:
I don’t think many “normal users” have chargers with USB-C possibility.
Its really difficult to decide if there is really a need of this charging type
at ANKER speakers.
(May be 2 types should be created. ANKER loves to create different type of one model

It would be interesting to hear the opinion of our friends here.
Even though you might mention it in your upcoming review, how good does the Flare sound when compared to a Soundcore (or Soundcore 2)? I need a good new speaker just for playing music around the house, and I am not sure whether this or the Soundcore would be better. (The lights don’t really matter to me, but if the sound quality is much better, I’ll probably get the Flare.)
As in, Soundcore 2 C, Soundcore Mini C, some different naming scheme like that?
I will go over this in my review, but sadly due to having to work on the cars my review will be delayed until this weekend. Sorry folks, gotta repair the car for my son’s mom and step father… also my wife’s car because her power steering is leaking. That and working ivernights don’t help much for time, so this weekend at best I will be doing a video review
