PowrerCore 20100 Switch version cannot be recharged

Hi,
My powerCore cannot be recharged today since I used all of it battery. If i press the power button, the first LED blinks 9 times and then off. But when i connect the powerCore with a Switch AC adapter, nothing blinks or indicates it was charging. I tried with other cables, still get the same result. Reset the powerCore seems not working also (try to loop the pơerCore itself).

The powerCore was never run out of battery before, but yesterday was the first time i used all of it up. Please help!

Did you try a different charging brick?

Yes, i tried the AC adapter of Nintendo Switch, the package cable with my iPad charger, the cable of my iPad, my Macbook charger. I leave the PowerCore “charging” for half of the day already, but none of the LEDs turn on.

I’ll suggest you contact support, seems like you have a defective unit

If the battery is warm from recent use, it may not charge until it cools down. However, it sounds like you’ve been trying to charge for a few hours now, so please reach out to support@anker.com and they’ll be happy to assist!
