I have spent the last 2 weeks testing the Anker PowerWave Pad, thanks to Anker for sending it out.
The PowerWave Pad comes very nicely packed in the box you receive the following:
- Paper Work
- PowerWave Pad
- Power Cable
Taking a look at the PowerWave Pad itself. It has a very nice material on top so it grips your device without scratching it, with a nice silver Anker logo. Also on top is a small indicator light to show if it is charging. The top looks great.
On the back is the micro-USB port for plugging it in. Personally I would have preferred a USB type-c.
The bottom also has a grippy material so that your charger is not sliding all over your table. The size is also great it gets the job done without taking up a lot of room. The charger is about 4 inches in diameter with a thickness of about a quarter of an inch.
It’s a great thing to have around the house, just put your phone or earbuds down and it charges wonderfully.
Let’s talk about charging speed.
I completely drained my Galaxy Buds and put them on the charger
In about two and a half hours the buds and case were fully charged.
I placed my Galaxy S10 on at 74% and in one hour it charged up to 100%.
Overall I am very pleased with the PowerWave Pad, great to charge your headphones or to top up your phone.
