@Polly_Weidenkopf as it is a relatively new phone you may want to reach out to support@anker.com to confirm however as the Z Flip 3 supports 10w wireless charging and the PowerWave II can output 15w max for charging I would think you’ll be fine.
Depending on where you purchase from you would also have the right to return for a refund if the item did not work as expected.
If it doesn’t work you can always send the stand back
