PowerPort Speed 4 and Xs Max

I’m unclear on what ports are best to use and/or safest to use: iQ or Fast Charge?

It doesn’t really matter as both are safe, but iPhone XS Max does not benefit from Qualcomm Quick Charge, so I would just use one of the PowerIQ ports.
