I just got my PowerPort +1, and I swear, it looks like it’s upside-down! I’ve never seen the American prongs flip out from the bottom. Am I crazy? (that’s a rhetorical question) 
Of course it won’t affect the functionality whatsoever.

Yeah, I think it would look weird if the prongs flip from the top. Seems like all my chargers that flip (Anker or otherwise) flip from the bottom.
Would you look at that! My powerport III mini does the same, and I never noticed 
But what about if you flip it over? LOL.
