Powerline+ II vs. Powerline II

just ordered Powerline+ II and says USB A 2.0

the Powerline II is USB A 3.1?

mainly to charge S8+. but could also use for Samsung external SSD T5.

USB 2.0 and 3.1 are data transfer speeds. One is 480 MB/s (2.0), while the other is closer to 10 GB/s (3.1). They should be able to handpe about the same power during charging, but when you hook up your SSD the 3.1 will work much faster.

yes, thanks, I ordered too quick without looking closer. I figured the “+” version would be better. turns out the regular “II”" would have worked well for my needs.
