What are you using for cables? Is it all OEM/Anker? It seems like you are, but it’s still worth asking. Sometimes you can get a weak current with a poor quality cable. If that’s not the issue, make sure that the phone accepts a charge on other chargers, and that other devices can charge on this cable/hub. Try every possible combination of device+cable+port so that you can eliminate any chance of there being a damaged port, device, or cable. Once you’ve narrowed down the fault to a single component, either take your phone in for repair (if that’s the issue) or contact Anker support to get your product replaced (which I believe is support@anker.com).
Does the charger work on other devices? Is it an outlet issue ?

Please know that some of Anker USB 3.0 hub cannot be used to charge items.
You cannot use the USB 3.0 port (in blue color) to charge any devices because the current goes through the USB 3.0 port is very weak.
While some 7-port USB 3.0 hub is made with charging ports (in black color). You can use the charging ports with your Powerline cable to charge your iPhone.
