Powering Your Creative Projects

Hey, It’s been a while! Apart from the occasional giveaway in our community, we’ve been fairly quiet recently, so starting from this week we’ve decided we’ll be posting much more. We hope you’re as excited as we are.

Where Have We Been?

Going back to basics, we’ve been playing with our latest products and also finding ways to get into the heads of our super fans such as checking out all the content we’ve been tagged in on our socials.

On browsing some of the pictures we’ve been tagged in on Instagram, we realized… You guys make some really cool stuff!

Getting Creative!

We’ve uncovered some super creative projects, from electronic music setups, computer builds and even woodwork—all powered through clever use of wireless chargers, power strips, portable chargers and more!

We Love To See It

Here’s some of our favorite projects we’ve seen on the gram so far:

We can almost feel the bass from this powerful mobile techno beats setup from @paulpeanuts:

This nightstand woodwork project featuring a secret draw and secret wireless charger is really special! Click here to watch the video.

This minimalist setup with a wireless charging stand helps Nubleson declutter and focus on coding, UI design, and content creation.

The PowerHouse II 800 keeps @yama_free powered on all their creative adventures.

We’d love to get even more inspired which is why we’re asking: How are you powering your creative projects with Anker? Be sure to share your projects in the comments below!

So, what are you waiting for? Let’s see ‘em!

P.S. Don’t be shy—even if it’s a work in progress let us know how it’s going. If you need help let the community know and we might even be able to advise!

P.P.S. We also hope you like us being more active in our community. If you’ve got some cool ideas for topics you want us to explore let us know!

I opened a thread about the activity of the members.
(and ANKER’s staff here)

You should take a look there.
There are many suggestions to be found!
The idea showing such projects is OK!.
Hope members will show their secrets! :joy:

Nice shots guys.

Hey guys! :grinning:

See you next month

The monkey engineers heard from the “project project”.
It seems they are planning something serious
with the little colleague from Shenzhen.

Really strange they need such a bottle opener. :joy:

You will find there all the “bugs” you was annoying about.
But all dead now. New ones will come!

Wish I was creative but I have a very simple set up lol

What bugs you are talking about? And its overheating causing a lot problems so i have to clean the mess up.

You could find real bugs and computer bugs and virus there.
(Of course a joke)

I would clean it with compressed air.
Most important is to clean the fan.

But dont forget if you clean the fan with compressed air,
you have to block it first.
Otherwise you could ruin the ball bearing.

Thank you for your suggestion prof. I cleaned it but did not know that i would need thermal paste. So just cleaned it nothing else.

Thermal paste only for the processors.
Do you really need? (In a laptop?)
I dont think there is such a need.

I would say if all is clean you will be fine.
Believe me, the problems are mainly from dirty, dusty fans.
This cleaning should be done really perfectly.

Hmm… but it would be better as there is need i guess. its working perfectly now without it. Earlier it was too hot to handle. :joy:

If it works, its fine.
Do a cleaning of the fan from time to time.
This way its perfect! :grinning:

Always always always use Thermal Paste on both the GPU and CPU. Without it you can end up with Thermal runaway and fry your CPU and or GPU.
Older laptops tend to run wicked hot as it is, so why chance and risk it by running it without the Thermal Paste?

No projects at the moment. Don’t think watching Resident Alien is a project :grinning:

Yes… i also thought same and wanted to use it but here conditions are not in favour. So did not find a way to get. Just cleaned it and its runnkng smoothly as new.

@Tank is right, of course.

But normally a perfect cleaning of the fans should do it.
I use laptops more than 10 years old.
After cleaning the fan. All is fine!
