Powerdrive elite 2 upgraded

I had a powerdrive 2 upgraded version I bought last year in July on Amazon and it has been working fine. But recently I’ve noticed its not charging my devices like it should be. I’m hoping it’s still in its warranty period.

From what I can see it’s got an 18 month warranty so it’s still valid.

Shoot Anker an email support@anker.com with the serial number and your Amazon order number and they’ll take care of it for you.
