As mentioned earlier, it can take up to a week or two after you win for the emails to go out. Sometimes it’s right away and other times its delayed, in my experience it depends on if they have stock in your country. When I won headphones way back when, I waited 2 weeks for my email and then had to wait even longer since they were out of stock here in the states. But none the less, in the end I did get my prize. Just be patient and you will get it.
