It is entertaining to see that more than 140 powerbucks have already been spent to win 140 powerbucks - 206 so far. And the 240 is very close to the same level, with 204 put in to win 240, and likely to get worse in the next week. 400 is still at only 277 PB spent on it so far, but it will probably go negative as well.

I also noticed this for the first time - if you max out your entries, you can no longer look at the powerdraw item to see how many entries there have been. The “Enter Drawing” button turns grey, and says “No Entries Remaining”, and then you can’t use the link.

You can still get there if you happen to have the link in your browser history or something (I just checked). And then I was able to view the page and see the number of entries. It seems like changing the link to grey while leaving it active to go to the link would be more appropriate.
