How long does it typically take to get the email about an item youve won? I havent received any email regarding shipping info like I did when I won a powerbank in a poll in the community. Just curious because i won for the first week of Sept I believe.

A few weeks. I won things and take about 3 or 4 weeks to get the notification email. Check your spam daily. I’ve noticed that gmail is now sending their emails to spam even though I tell gmail the emails are wanted.

But the norm usually 2 ton 3 weeks.

I just got my email Sunday morning around 4:30am EST. It was in my junk mail, so any winners from the same week as me check your inbox, spam, and junk folders.

Check your spam folder.
Even you made settings not to trash those post, these could be vanish to the orcus.

Yes, verified that the confirmation email was sitting in my spam folder (gmail).

Winners should always check this.

Im aware of this, ive won a powerbank from Anker before and the same happened…it just didnt take this long to get the email that time as it did this time. As i said it just came in yesterday morning. My question was moreso if anyone else got their email or when then where it would go.

Using gmail, you might change the order of the folders.
This way the spam folder can be viewed and if it is “bold”
it contains something, :smile: (spam from ANKER! :rofl:)

I don’t having any problem actually accessing the spam folder…it’s just that I don’t get any spam and never really check it, especially not for something from Anker…which I need to remember to do.

Good idea though for watching for the boldness of the spam folder👍

It usually takes 1-2 weeks to receive the confirmation email. And it takes around 2 weeks to receive your prize.
Now the confirmation email has sent, don’t forget to check your email!:blush: @SZak2015
