Sinds today my powerbank won’t recharge anymore. When I press the button it blinks 1 blue light like it’s empy. I tried different cables and chargers, I looked if the power port is dirty and I tried to reset de power bank by putting a USB-A to USB-C in the power bank for 10 seconds. Are there anymore thing to try before sending it bank to the reseller?

If you really tried all this to get off the issue you should create a short video and send it to the support.
How long have you left it to charge? And what is the rating of the wall plug you are using?
As @Tank asked, how long was it on the charger and what charger are you using?
These PowerCores need a lot of power to charge and they can take all night on a fast charger and on slow charger they can take days to charge.
