PowerCore Slim 10000 PD ReCharge problem

I have bought powercore slim 10000 pd and i do not have usb c to usb c adapter and while try to charge powerbank via usb type a to type c cable it do not charges i have tried normal wall charger and also my laptop and in both scenarios devices did no recharge. Can you help me to deal with situation

I have this one and have used different ways to charge mine and all worked. I suggest to maYbe try a different cord or two. Other than that, you may want to try support.
