PowerCore Not Working and flashing

Hi,
I lately bought a Anker PowerCore 20100 Nintendo Switch Edition and after charging it the power bank stopped working and all the 4 lights kept flashing when I pressed the side button. Could somebody please help. Thanks.

If you are not getting any output charge from the power bank, try a reset by looping the input and output ports. Then try powering a device from it.

Hi again,
I’ve tried 3 times to loop the cable as you said but still it blinks and doesn’t charge any device. Would you maybe know what’s wrong by now?

That loop input-output trick, I’ve not seen anyone say it worked for a while now.

Well, I don’t also know because I’ve went onto multiple other websites and people also told me to do the loop input-output method, but still I’ve tried with different cables different ports, multiple times still with it not working so I do not know what is wrong with it.

If it’s purchased within the last 18 months reach out to support@anker.com for assistance and possible replacement if determined to be faulty.

Might be worth checking the output pins of the usb ports to make sure no debris or damage is present (bent pins etc) which might be causing the LED light cycles

If you have bought it from Ali Express or a similar site your warranty will be determined by their policies.

I’ll try somehow drain the battery out and if it won’t work I’ll attempt to open it or go to a repair centre Thanks
