With the unit still fully charged it turns its self off and quits charging my phone until I push the button and turn it back on! Very aggravating! What am I’m doing wrong because of this I HATE THE PRODUCT!!!

Is the phone fully charged, or very nearly, when the Powercore turns itself off?
If so your phone may be taking so little power for sufficiently long the Powercore turns itself off rather than waste it’s energy feeding a trickle charge.
If that is correct then use trickle charge mode, press and hold the power button, you then see it turn green light.
If that doesn’t fix it, you might want to try a different cable.

Aloha,
When I hold the button down it just turns off and sometimes continue flashing. Mine doesn’t have any green lights flashing. Does that mean my battery pack is fully dead? Cause it worked before, but now it just flashes white. It’s been charging for about 6 hours now. Thank you!

What exactly is your problem?

It sounds like you’re trying to enable “trickle charge” mode. Here are the instructions. Please note that it likely won’t work while charging as the power bank shouldn’t be charged and charge something else at the same time.
