Powercore II wont charge

I have a Powercore II 20,000ah. I’ve had it for less than a year, and recently it won’t charge. I’ve tried multiple different outlets, different cords, and different wall plug ins, as well as my friends powercore I 20,100ah. Nothing will charge it. The weirdest part is that my powercore II will still charge my phone. What is wrong with my powercore II and what can I do to fix it?

Try resetting.

Connect it’s output to it’s input and press power socket and wait a few seconds.
