Powercore 20100 not outputting charge :(

Hey all! I bought a Powercore 20100 (10x charge, the kind with 10 lights up top, a USB-C and two USB ports) a few years back (Fall 2016) and have had great success with it. But yesterday it stopped working. I left it charging overnight, and found that by morning, it was stating it was at 9 charges. However, the light cycle did not stop even when I unplugged it, and it continues to alternate between counting up to 9 lights and flashing all 10, as if it were charging.

However, it does not charge. It’s been about a day. I’ve done the following things to debug, to no avail:
(1) left it alone
(2) plugged it into the computer to charge (USB-C)
(3) looped a cable from the USB-C to the USB port (did not reset)
(4) mashed the top button to unstick it (it was not physically stuck)

Have you got any ideas about what I can do to fix it? I’m trying a wall charge now to see if that is any different, but nothing is working :frowning:

Email Anker at support@anker.com and they should be able to help you. I was going to suggest you use a different cable to charge but I don’t think that’s the cause for your problem. Good luck

Thanks for the response! I don’t have another cable on me sadly, but I will be trying that juuuust in case once I get back home in two weeks or so. I reached out to anker support, and sadly they haven’t been helpful (yet), just quoted that the warranty had run, but I followed up so I’ll keep yall updated
