Powercore 20100 and Samsung Galaxy S9

I have the Powerecore 20100 now with my Galaxy S7. I am upgrading to the S9 which has the type C USB.
Will I still be able to use my powercore with the new Type C?

Short answer: yes. You just need a different cable but one should come with your new phone.

You will if you get a [USB to USB-C cable] (https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Powerline-Durability-Samsung-Nintendo/dp/B01GN0M6NE) but you wont be able to take advantage of the fast charging that is available on the phone.

You might want to consider a [PowerCore PD] (https://www.amazon.com/Anker-PowerCore-20100mAh-Portable-Delivery/dp/B071WNWRNC) if you want fast charging. There are other options available too.
