Not sure where else to ask this so hopefully it’s the right place.
So, I ordered 2 Anker Powercores 20000 over the weekend. When FedEx dropped the package off they left it in the middle of the driveway. My mother-in-law pulled in and ran over the package with her truck. The box was beat up pretty bad but when I opened one of them to inspect it the Powercore inside seems to be just fine. The casing doesn’t appear damaged. As long as it isn’t damaged it should be fine, right?
I would be unsure what to tell you. You can check above to see what they suggest for you. I think it was not good that the Fed Ex left it in the middle of the driveway.
I’d contact fedex about it. Maybe there is something they can do
No external damage would indicate to me its fine to use.
That’s crazy!!! As long as it works fine i don’t think you really need to do anything about it.( unless you want to) On the other hand if there is damage and it’s not working properly definitely contact fedex about it.
