Hello, my battery pack does not charge and it was warm. I charged during all night the PowerCore 10000 using the charger that came with my Samsung Note 9. The led lamps are off.

Charge with a 2A 5V charger (read your charger label). If the label does not say this, then probably is doing a slower charge.
Try a different cable.
Hello, I always use a 5 V 2A charger , it is the one that comes with the Samsung Note 9 and I have change four different cables, and these four are in good shape.
Do you have any other issue?
