Are the PowerCore 10000 LEDs supposed to light up when charging?
I’ve tried plugging it into a computer and it is currently charging at a wall socket using the USB provided by Anker but nothing happens, the LEDs don’t turn on.
Is that normal?
I mean if it is, its a bit weird as the powerbank gives you no response to whether you’re actually charging or not but oh well.
Thanks in advance.
PowerCore 10000 charging lights?
Welcome to the Community!
Sorry to hear that you are having issues with your new PowerCore 10000.
To answer your question, no, this is not normal behavior.
I would recommend trying a different cable just to double confirm the issue.
If you have no luck, then send support@anker.com an email with a description of the issue and your order number to speed up the process. They should get back to you within a few business days, and you will likely have a new PowerCore 10000 in no time!
Thanks for the quick response.
I’ve sent an email to Anker support and hopefully they can fix this issue.
Thanks once again.
John
As the fault is with the cable I would drop support@anker.com an email and they will most likely dispatch you a compatible replacement cable for your PowerCore.
