Hello. I was on a conference call and the Anker PowerConf suddenly started a loud buzzing sound and none of the buttons work. I can’t get the buzzing to stop. The power button doesn’t work. The laptop does not recognize the USB device. I’ve had this speakerphone for about a month and it has worked flawlessly until now.
Anyone else have this problem and can it be fixed?

Try reset… Hold Power and BT button together for 10-15 seconds, with USB-C cable disconnected. It should reset.
Also update the firmware on PowerConf. v26.48 is the latest.

I just had this experience as well. Certainly was not expecting it. Model A3302. I will upgrade firmware. I was restarting my computer when it started buzzing.
