Received a Powerconf for work zoom & it is not working well with my Surface Pro 6 - with the USB-C connector or bluetooth, it never stays the same selection. Screenshots below. I had a Jabra Speak510 that never had these issues with Zoom.
Right now it isn’t showing the non-hands-free “Speaker - Powerconf” or the Mic “headset-Powerconf” though it sometimes does. That is the speaker setting that I can hear it. The Hands-free sometimes works, but not always.
The mike bounces back & forth from working hands free or not - it isn’t consistent.
