PowerConf Mic issues

Hi,
I hope someone out there can help me with my new Anker PowerConf
I just got my brand new PowerConf 2 days ago and I literaly find it to be useless as the Mic quality is terrible and I can’t be heard.
I did try to call through Teams, Zoom and finally my iPhone and from all the methods I barely can’t be heard.

I have installed Soundcore application, and updated the Firmware to the latest available version (34.67) I have also switched to Single-Person Mode but still no improvement

I did reset the device to Default Factory Setting, still no improvement

I did test the Microphone through Sound Properties and the sensitivity is very low, 15%

I look forward for someone to help with this topic
BTW, I did open a support ticket but so far there have been no reply!!!

When I first got my C200, I had no complaints the mic worked fine. But then it suddenly stopped working. I thought it might be a software issue, but after testing it on another computer in the house, it only picks up about 2% volume from a reasonable distance. That makes me think it’s a hardware problem.

Has anyone taken theirs apart to see if something inside might have come loose? Any tips or experiences would be really helpful!
