I have just purchased the powerbank II 10000, However i seem to be having problems charging the device. I have used to differant cables one supplied with device and another one. No lights on the button turn on when the device is connected to a power source as i have seen in various other clips on the internet. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thank in advance.

Have you tried a different charging brick and another outlet?
Did you check the ports for lint?
