I want to charge PD input and output for iPhone 11 Pro Max, is 45w full MAX? I have PD lightning - type C cable already

This power bank will support USB PD fast charging for iPhone 11. You’ll use a USB-C to Lightning cable to get that fast charging. The USB-A ports will also charge the iPhone well, though a bit slower.
If this is only for an iPhone 11 it is overkill. The iPhone wont draw more than 15W. And it only does that for a few minutes when the battery is nearly dead before dropping to 10W or less. The 26,8000mAh capacity will recharge the phone 5-6 times. Do you really need that?
If you need to recharge the phone once or top it off throughout the day a 10,000mAh power bank will work. And will be much lighter and cheaper. And 18W USB PD will charge it as fast as 45W USB PD.
If only charging the iPhone take a look at the Anker PowerCore 10000 PD. Even if you need to buy an 18W USB-C PD wall charger it’ll be less than the 45W power bank. And could fulfill all your needs just as well.
The 45W power bank is great for laptops, which need the higher output.
