Had a slightly longer delay (around 2 days) for my last sample and no confirmation emails after posting my review URL but otherwise as normal. I would suggest dropping them an email at marketing @ anker.com
My last item was shipped pretty quickly. I’m waiting for some new items to appear. I’ve got loads of cables and cases

No worries, sometimes these things can slip between a crack with things going on I guess.
I never had a problem with receiving the product. Usually get it within a few days of claiming something. However once had a delay of marking the claim as Reviewed after writing the review on Amazon.
As someone already said send them an email and they should look into it for you.
