Power user application status

Hi all,

I have been a regular tester of the past year or two for Anker in the U.K. but noticed I had to reapply for power user testing.

My application has set as under review for many months now. Can anyone help ?

That’s really weird. Are you sure you signed in with the same email address?

As TechMan alluded to above, you need to be signed in to your Anker account which has your Power User assignment tied to it.
When I switch browsers or just after a period of time, I can get automatically logged out and will be presented with the Power User apply page despite me being an active Power User.

If I go to this link and am not logged in, I’m presented with the Power User apply page.

To log in from the page above, click the person icon at the top-right (between the magnifier and shopping cart icons), then click “Sign In” (again, use the correct Anker Power User account).

Note that the Power User page seems to only stay logged in to one device. If you’re logged in on one device/PC, then login using another, you will be logged out of the previous device/PC.

I had this issue as well and once I signed in I was fine. I did update my application last week. But that was instant
I’d check with anker and let them know.

Mine says the same thing. It has been stuck that way for few month. But they still send me emails about power user testings or deals and I can still apply to them. However, they did change so you cannot just ask for sample like before. you need to do it through testing club, and get chosen to be tester on the each product.

Mine has bed. Stuck for several months as well. I guess I should probably email them and see what they say.

I applied myself some days ago, usually I many time its needed to reivew the application? thankyou.

I have applied almost a year ago and still pending. I don’t know if they are still giving that status anymore?

seems disrespectful not to even make amends for a possible refusal.

Best way would be to drop marketing@anker.com an email, they would be able to go into more detail why your application was not accepted…if it has been rejected…

its not (yet) rejected… just wondering if i will get a reply in a month :stuck_out_tongue:
