I am using an Anker PowerConf attached by USB to a CalDigit USB-C Pro Dock (and Dell XPS15 w/ Windows10 Pro). Every time I attach the PowerConf I get a Windows 10 error “Power Surge on USB Port.” Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot and resolve? Thanks.
