Power Strips with 8ft, 10ft, or 12ft options

Hello! A super quick suggestion.

I appreciate tidy workspaces, but unfortunately sometimes wall outlets are not in an ideal location. Surge protectors can never be used with extension cords, thus I’d love to one day have Anker Power Strips of longer lengths.

  • Current lengths: 5 feet, 6 feet, 6.6 feet
  • Suggested additional lengths: 8 feet, 10 feet, 12 feet

Benefits:

  1. Can be used in larger rooms / areas
  2. Can be used in rooms with poor wall outlet location
  3. Power strips can never be used with extensions, thus simply unusable
  4. Fills a critical niche: very few USB + white + longer cable power strips (snaking black cables across floors always looked a bit unsightly)

Cons:

  1. Higher cost from longer 14AWG / 12AWG wiring
  2. Perhaps some will avoid them to avoid clutter
