Power core PD 10000 Redux issue

Purchased this unit last week. Fully charged it on the date I received it (Wednesday). Carried without using until Sunday 3 1/2 days later - now I have one green dot to the left, one blue dot to right if the green and the other two dots are not lit.

Wondering if this is a defective power bank.

Sounds like you have switched it into trickle charge mode, the green light is a dead giveaway of that feature. Double press the button for 2 seconds to switch it back to normal mode. Trickle charge is charging low powered devices such as headphones
