I’ve only charged my Google pixel 7 twice. It went from four lights to one when push the button it lights up to the four and then back to the one. I went and plugged it in to charge it and the only one lights blinking is it going to discharge that fast?

Check battery health, try a different charger/cable, or contact support for possible hardware issues with the power bank.
