Potential Product Upgrade or Idea

Does Anker offer anything that would function as a potential product upgrade? I have an old model of the 4 port 36W charger and it is still working properly, but it does not have any of the features of the newer models, like Power IQ or any fast charging ports. It is standard and can output 2.1A in two ports and 1A in the other two ports.

I would like to upgrade to a new model, is there any way to do like a trade in for credit? The item still functions.

There is no trade in program for items. Your best bet would to be sell on eBay to recoup cash for a newer item and/or gift the existing item to a friend and buy the upgraded model your after.

Even if Anker was to offer a trade it would be at a significantly lower amount than you could sell yourself on eBay.

We don’t offer service to upgrade customer’s old model, but we will sell refurbished products in a lower price in the future.:grin:
