So doing search on anker soundcore and saw a site that potentially could be using different brand names to help sell 3rd party electronics. Unsure on if this would be considered an issue or not.

I thought that was a yo-yo until i clicked on the link.
I think anyone assuming another/better brands name to sell their probably inferior products can only do harm. For the original brand and the consumer!

Indeed. I feel sorry for those not really familiar with the brand as we are and get ripped off thinking its the real deal.
