Pairing a new remote with the Robovac 11+

I lost the remote to my Robovac 11+, but found a replacement on ebay inexpensively. It doesn’t automatically recognize the new remote (does not respond to start button). Has anyone replaced their remote? Is there a trick to getting it to work?

Your best bet is to contact support as they will be better able to assist you
