One of my cameras has stopped working and the message tells me that it needs updating, yet it also tells me that the Firmware is up to date. I take it down, put it on charge and then after a few minutes the system will find it again, but then once I mount the camera back up outside it loses signal once more. What do I need to do?

Have you tried adjusting the distance between the camera and the Homebase?
If you are getting repetitive issues even with a small distance between the camera and the Homebase you would be best logging with support@eufylife.com for assistance under your warranty.
