I installed my system couple of days ago and so far it was working quite well.
Since few hours, for no reason, one of the camera is sending me alert for going Offline then back Online and offline again and so on every 2 minutes for no reason…
I haven’t changed anything since I installed.
My HB is still running very old FW 1.0.5.4 and never updated since I installed it.
Any clue?
Offline / Online every 2 minutes
Does the camera actually go offline (so gaps in the recording footage) or is it just sending an alert?
Might be wise to update to the latest firmware revision…

I would love updating to latest FW if only I could…
With this awkward OTA solution I’m forced to wait until Anker’s servers are pushing something to my HB…
I’m running 1.0.5.4 and never got a single FW update so far… So annoying…
I can’t say for footage… just getting alerts every single minutes… I actually figured out that when I bring the camera closer to HB I don’t get Alerts anymore… so it must be a problem of range limitation.
But this is quite surprising as the camera was mounted at the exact same place for a couple of days and ver sent me such alert before… needless to say that battery is at 100% charge of course…
That would be advisable if it was possible, we have no option as to when or if we want to update
That’s the signal strength like for that camera?
If its low then its possible that dropping out intermittently

Yes, definitely a signal strength issue.
But if you check my comment above, it appeared suddenly with no reasons…
So frustrating not to be able to manually force OTA…

There could be a new cause of interference, air pressure and weather can also effect signal
Its hard to pinpoint the cause of signal dropout as so many things can effect it and most can come & go causing intermittent issues
