Offers that I can never claim

So every so often I get an email like the following, with a nice little offer. Sometimes when I log in to the Anker website I also get notified of offers like this.
The problem?
They are hardly ever available to customers outside the US.
If Anker are unwilling to give these kinds of offers to everyone, if there a way I can only be alerted to offers that are available in my country?
