Oculus Quest 2 Charging Dock problem

After setting up my charging dock and placing all of the pieces in place, I am not getting any LCD lights at all.
Does anyone have any idea what may be wrong?

The obvious things to check are the cables and charger.

Did you narrow down the issue?

Yes, I found that the problem was with the small metal dongle that connects the main viewer with the charging dock. This was not inserted properly at first.
