can anyone tell me how I can reset this perhaps? it does not record any video when there is a detection, I receive notification there is a detection but nil image or video.
Depending on the model of camera you have from Eufy, have you tried completing a format on the SDcard or tried an alternative card to see if this resolves? Sounds like the footage is not being written correctly.
Try turning if off and on
delete chime, doorbell and app. reload all again will restore record function
I’ve just deleted the app to reset up and i cant download the app. Is there any issues with the app?
