Not pairing

Everything was fine until I charged my Anker A7722 keyboard (for the IPad Air 2). After the charge, the keyboard won’t stay paired. It is fine as long as I am using it, but once I close the case or haven’t touched the keyboard for awhile it looses the pairing. Any suggestions?

I think it’s a power sever mode, after lose the connection if you press any key it must reconnect in a few seconds.

@Jan_Cassidy, you may try to delete the pairing record from your device and reconnect the Bluetooth of the keyboard, also, test it with another device to see how it works.
