Not getting notifications Eufy cam E

I have three cameras and a sensor set up around the house at the moment and i added my wife on as an admin account to the family and guests section. Since then it’s really barley ever that i get notifications they will be send out but only to her or only to me (more often her) Is anybody else getting this? It’s only started happening the last couple of days…

I have my wife added on as admin as well, but have not developed any problems recently. (We’re both on Android.)

Have you tried rebooting the base station?
Side Menu > My Devices > (HomeBase name) > Restart Device

This has worked for me on a lot of issues with connectivity/notifications.
