I’ve had my liberty air 2 earbuds for several months now. They’ve been great until this past Saturday. The left one is not producing any sound at all. The white light comes on, on both The left and right, and continues to blink every 4-5 seconds. I can still use the left one to adjust the volume down and to pull up google assistant, but it will not produce any sound. Also I’ve done the reset with the button on the bottom of the case to no avail… Any suggestions?

I’d suggest
- delete all pairings on all devices paired. All of them.
- turn off all bluetooth on all paired devices. All of them.
- Reset the buds. Did you really fully actually reset them? The single most common issue was not a full reset and so multiple resets required until you actually did a reset.
Once reset, then pair, take the right bud out, let it pair, it will then prompt you to pair the L bud, accept (but never connect), then see if that fixed it.
These are the reset instructions, the only thing I’d add is have the case connected to power during the reset.
