No more ring sounds from home base-2 after firmware update

After the firmware update from 10 - 8 my doorbel works on my telephone but i dont get any sounds from the homebase 2

I have the same problem but additionally the homebase 2 don’t record a video when somebody ring the doorbell. Otherwise the Homebase record a video from the eufyCam 2C without any Problems.

i try to pair doorbel again and i think this solve the problem until i move the homebase back then i stop working again.

Same here. It’s frustrating.
Should have gone for Ring.

Just receive new firmware and now every thing is working normal again
