I have the S380 homebase with two outdoor wireless cameras at a cabin. It had been working fine for months but now I noticed that I didn’t get notifications or events recorded even though I was just there this weekend and was in view of the cameras. I can see live view on all cameras but no events. I tried remote reboot of the homebase but didn’t fix the problem. Please help.
